Shanon Beador dropped her 40 pounds after battling with her weight for several months.
Shannon told that weight gain can’t be beaten in the gym alone, the moment that occurred in the kitchen also plays a vital role.
Shannon killed hard in the gym but she did not see weight loss. As she revealed the biggest move she made to lose weight. She mentioned;
‘I’ll tell you how to get rid of it. Diet, diet, diet, diet! I broke two ribs and I couldn’t exercise for a couple of weeks. That’s when I lost the bulk of my weight.
Shannon filmed herself whipping up protein drinks. She tossed in half a banana, some frozen strawberries, a handful of frozen blueberries. She also added a half cucumber, big handfuls of baby Romaine lettuce, and baby spinach along with a dash of ginger juice. She topped it off with lemon juice and dairy-free protein powder and blended it all up after adding a dash of water.
Shannon offered important tips that,
‘You just have to choose the right things to put into your body. Trust me, if I can do it, anyone can. I always heard it was 80% diet, 20% exercise. And yeah, do I have some flab I want to tone up? Absolutely. But I think it’s like 90% or more diet. Because I didn’t exercise for two weeks and that’s when I lost the last bit of weight.’
Beador took the principles of losing weight that she followed to her food line.
